Introducing the Lottie Ahogado featuring Gelato Messina’s iconic ‘Salty Margs’ sorbet — orange zest and sea salt — finished ahogado style (meaning “drowned”) with Don Julio Blanco tequila cascading over the top. Optional upgrade to Don Julio 1942.
For one weekend only (27 Feb – 1 March), Gelato Messina Redfern will also serve a limited-edition sundae inspired by Lottie’s bold Mexican flavours.
